Get Advice on VA Claims for Reimbursement of Emergency Medical Expenses at Non-VA Facilities
The Veterans Health Administration has had trouble in properly handling claims filed by veterans or their non-VA health care providers for reimbursement of emergency medical expenses incurred at non-VA facilities. The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) may be able to give you advice at no cost to you on what to do if your case fits one of the following types:
