MOVA is partnering with the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP)for a DD-214 Upgrade Clinic and Information Session on March 13, 2018. This clinic will provide DC Veterans with the procedure for upgrading less than honorable discharges followed by individual consultation with an attorney from NVLSP.
