Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) – Failure to Adjudicate Applications

The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) is investigating whether the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) is properly handling applications received by the board.

If you or someone you know filed an appeal to the ABCMR and received a letter stating something like that the application is being filed “without action and without prejudice” because the application did not contain sufficient documentation to support the request, please send us an email at ABCMRissue@nvlsp.org.  If possible, please include a copy of the letter you received from the ABCMR with your email. NVLSP is interested in hearing from you, regardless of what you did in response to this letter.
