ONLINE
You can order 24 hours a day/7 days a week directly using NVLSP's online
secured shopping cart and real-time credit card processing. We use the
very same electronic credit card systems as some of America's largest
companies. Your order is safe. Your privacy guaranteed. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and PayPal.
TELEPHONE
We suggest that you order online or contact us by EMAIL. But if you need
to speak with us, please call 202-265-8305 x104 Monday-Friday, regular business
hours ET. If you're placing an order, have your credit card handy, please.
MAIL
Print the online order form, complete, and mail with payment. We accept
personal checks and money orders. No CODs.

Sales Tax Collected
We collect state sales tax for the District of Columbia. Sales tax is
charged based on the state to which the order is being shipped, not the
state from which it was ordered.

Shipping Information
Shipping Turnaround
In-stock items will generally ship within 48 hours of receipt of your
order, Monday - Friday. (We do not ship weekends or holidays.)
US Postal Service and FedEx Delivery
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship most orders to individuals. UPS
Ground is our choice for shipping bulk orders. FedEx Air is also
available. Please contact us to arrange this service. (We do not ship
internationally at this time.)
FedEx Air guarantees delivery but is a Monday - Friday service (unless you
wish to pay extra for the Saturday delivery surcharge.) So, for example,
if you order a 2-day FedEx delivery on a Thursday, it will deliver the
following Monday. (And if Monday is a holiday, it will deliver Tuesday.)
About FedEx Overnight Service Charges - there are some rural zip
codes to which FedEx will run only one delivery per day for overnight
service, usually the more expensive Priority. If you've requested Standard
Overnight, but FedEx doesn't offer it to your location, your card will be
charged for any additional fees required.
Order Value-based Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based order value. (This chart is for USPS
Priority Mail, only.)
Order up to $24.99......$ 5.00
$25 to $99.99..............$ 7.50
$100 to $149.99..........$10.00
$150 and up................$15.00
Expected Delivery Times
USPS Priority Mail generally takes 3-4 days (and includes Saturdays) to
deliver your order, but the times are NOT guaranteed.
